Thirty years of building systems businesses cannot switch off
Embarc Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. has designed, built and operated production software continuously since 1994. Our flagship platform, Find'n'Secure, ingests GPS, CAN and sensor telemetry for fleet operators in more than 30 countries — and the same engineering standard now underwrites our AI products.

We are a senior engineering organisation rather than a delivery pyramid. The people who design a platform write its ingestion path, review its security model and stay on call for it — which keeps decisions traceable and upgrade paths honest. Our work spans device protocol adapters and telemetry ingestion, geospatial and time-series data engineering, multi-tenant cloud architecture, and the operator consoles and mobile clients on top.
That foundation is what our AI products are built on. BLD Coach interprets clinical biomarker panels under strict data scoping; Nihongo Drill runs adaptive scheduling and model-assisted correction offline-first. Both inherit the platform disciplines that keep an enterprise deployment running for a decade: evaluation before release, observability on every critical path, and no ambiguity about where customer data lives.
We compete on engineering depth and continuity of support, not on release velocity.
A global journey, documented as it happened
Dates and figures below come from the original contracts, customer letters and case study documents — several of which are reproduced alongside.
1994
Embarc Information Technology is founded
Established in India as a software engineering company, operating from Noida Special Economic Zone. Enterprise software delivery has been continuous since.
2000s
Find'n'Secure: web-based real-time GPS tracking
Development of Find'n'Secure, a web-based real-time GPS tracking and fleet management platform, together with supply of trackers for vehicles, people, vessels and aircraft.
2010
First international deployments documented
Modern Technology Co. L.L.C in Oman confirms supply of Find'n'Secure tracking system, software and hardware at an order value of USD 100,008. Algeo Fleet in Algeria completes its Find'n'Secure implementation in February 2010.

AI applications on the same engineering standard
Partners in more than 45 countries, mobile applications on Android and iOS, and an AI product family built with the platform disciplines that keep enterprise deployments running for a decade.

Four rewrites, no customer taken off the platform
Each shift below was executed while live deployments kept running.
- 1994
Company incorporated
Embarc Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. begins building custom business systems for Indian enterprises — inventory, dispatch and back-office platforms delivered on-premise.
- 2000s
Telematics platform established
Find'n'Secure enters production as a hosted GPS tracking platform, with protocol adapters written per device vendor and a tenant-isolated data model from the first release.
- 2010s
Multi-country enterprise scale
Deployments expand across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe. Reporting moves to pre-computed trip and exception models to keep query cost flat as fleets grow.
- 2020s
Cloud-native re-platforming
Ingestion, analytics and console tiers separated into independently deployable services with infrastructure as code, automated pipelines and end-to-end observability.
- Today
Applied AI on operational data
The same engineering standard extended to AI products — retrieval, evaluation and privacy scoping treated as platform concerns, not model features.
Three delivery models, one standard
Commercial structure varies by programme; architecture review, documentation and handover do not.
Platform licensing
Find'n'Secure deployed as a managed multi-tenant service or as a dedicated instance where data residency or procurement rules require it.
- Dedicated or shared tenancy
- Named support contact
- Quarterly platform releases
Product engineering
A senior team assigned to design, build and operate a system you own — architecture, delivery and handover documented from the first sprint.
- Architecture and design authority
- CI/CD and IaC delivered with the code
- Runbooks and knowledge transfer
Modernisation programme
Phased replacement of business-critical legacy systems, running old and new in parallel until cutover criteria are met and evidenced.
- Integration and data migration
- Parallel-run validation
- Reversible cutover plan
What we hold constant
Engineering judgement over trend
Technology choices are made against a ten-year operating horizon. We adopt new platforms — cloud, AI, edge — when they reduce risk or cost for a system we will still be running in a decade.
Complexity absorbed, not exported
Multi-tenancy, device heterogeneity and audit requirements are handled inside the platform so that operators see a console they can run a shift from, not a configuration surface.
Accountability for what we ship
The team that designs a system operates it. Incident response, upgrade paths and long-term support sit with the same engineers, which is why deployments last past a decade.
